FRUITS SALAD – GOSE

Fruits Salad is a Gose, an ancient wheat beer typical of the Leipzig area, in Germany which is characterized by the use of coriander, salt and yeast which produces a sour and soft profile.

The beer is light in color from 4.9% alc and slightly savory. The slight acidity combined with the addition of passion fruit pulp, pineapple and mango make our Fruits Salad a sort of slightly alcoholic, refreshing and thirst-quenching fruit drink.

Fruits Salad will accompany you in every sip, reminding you that the style is German, but the creativity is all Italian.
